Dear customers,
We are pleased to inform you that we have started the new menu and would like to present some plates of the tasting menu.
The first starter is foie-gras mi cuit (cocked very slowly at law temperature) with raisin and whiskey. Please enjoy its rich flavor and smooth texture. The fish is Kinmedai served with red pepper sauce,
chickpeas, pickles . For your main course, you can choose between sauteed Pluma of Iberian pork, which is our specialty, and tenderly roasted Lamb from Hokkaido. And the second dessert Golf is so fascinating and artistic.
