Born in Argentina, in 1979.
After graduating “International School of tourism, hotelier and gastronomy, in Argentina, he worked at various prestigious restaurants and hotels in Mendoza, Argentina. He joined to a team of Restaurant Sant Pau (Sant Pol de Mar, Spain) in 2008 and worked as a sous chef of Carme Ruscalleda since then.
In 2010, Carme Ruscalleda chose him as an executive chef at Sant Pau Tokyo.
